Notice to drivers

From March 17 to April 30, the ramp leading to Parc Jean-Drapeau from the Jacques-Cartier Bridge (heading toward the South Shore) will be closed. For more information on the detours and the status of the construction, please visit the website for the Jacques-Cartier and Champlain bridges

By Metro

Yellow line 
Jean-Drapeau Station 

Take the yellow Metro line to the Jean-Drapeau station and follow the pedestrian signs to the Stewart  Museum (10 to 15 minutes).

SHUTTLE 769 and 767

Using public transportation is the most simple and economical way to get to the Stewart Museum! $6 discount on a family package upon presentation of an STM valid transit pass.

During the operating hours of La Ronde, take the seasonal shuttle 769 La Ronde from Papineau metro station or seasonal shuttle 767 La Ronde/La Plage from Jean-Drapeau metro station.
At the La Ronde stop, walk 300 meters up the road under the Jacques-Cartier bridge. The entrance to the Museum is through the wooden palisade.

By Car

Take the Jacques-Cartier Bridge to the Parc Jean-Drapeau exit and follow the signs to the Stewart Museum. Parc Jean-Drapeau pay parking is available at the P7.

By bicycle or Bixi

Take the bicycle path across the Jacques-Cartier Bridge to the Parc Jean-Drapeau exit.
Follow the signs to the Stewart Museum. Monitored bicycle racks are available in the Museum courtyard.

If you use the Bixi service, you may replace the Bixi in front of the entrance of La Ronde and continue on foot. 

By River Shuttle (Navettes maritimes du Saint-Laurent)

By bike, skates or foot, take the Maritime Shuttle from the Jacques-Cartier Pier in Montreal’s Old Port. On arrival on St. Helen's Island, follow the signs to the Stewart Museum.

Using public transportation is the most simple and economical way to get to the Stewart Museum! $3 discount on the price of an adult ticket with a proof of purchase of a shuttle ticket.
