NIGHTS

A NEW EXHIBITION INSPIRED BY ORIGINAL STORIES
From September 26, 2019

Majestic, enchanting, seductive, disturbing by turns—or all at once—the night takes a variety of forms. To shed some light on this fascinating subject, the Stewart Museum invites you to discover Nights, an exhibition in which you’re immersed in four nocturnal worlds through four original stories by renowned Quebec writers. While Éric Dupont explores the starry night, Dominique Demersevokes fear of the dark with the night of imagination, Heather O’Neill strides through the city night and Simon Boulerice slips into the night of passion. Their stories are brought to life in theatrical sets alongside a variety of remarkable artefacts from the collections of the Stewart and McCord museums.
